SYNOPSIS
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the Elevator Maintenance & Repair Service at West Point, NY.
This is a base + 4 option year periods. The Period of Performance is as follows:
Base Year: 13 April 2023 – 12 April 2024
First Option Year: 13 April 2024 – 12 April 2025
Second Option Year: 13 April 2025 – 12 April 2026
Third Option Year: 13 April 2026 – 12 April 2027
Fourth Option Year: 13 April 2027 – 12 April 2028
This requirement will be an unrestricted solicitation under NAICS code 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $11 Million and PSC is J035.
In order to be eligible for award, the business must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at Sam.Gov.
Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are both current and valid.
Quoters are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern.
The solicitation for the Elevator Maintenance & Repair, W911SD-23-R-0064, will be issued in electronic format from March 7, 2023 through April 5, 2023 at 12 pm. Eastern Time and will be available on the SAM.Gov at: https://www.sam.gov.
It is the Quoter’s responsibility to check the website at SAM.Gov: https://www.sam.gov provided as necessary for any posted changes to this Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0064 for the Elevator Maintenance & Repair Service and all amendments. There is a mandatory site visit with all the instructions listed with the Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0064.
Solicitations (Quotes), and any additional required documents must be submitted by e-mail to Ms. Tara D’Amico on or before the closing date noted in the solicitation.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No contract will be awarded on a basis of quotes received in response to this notice, but quoter’s will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government.
