Description

THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES.





THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA.



WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME.



Work includes, but is not limited to: asphalt patching of USFS Route 39 (Wallowa Mountain Loop Road) from the Forest boundary to Mile Post 26. Asphalt repairs will consist of removing all loose damaged asphalt, cleaning area, applying tack coat and placing and compacting of hot mix asphalt skin patch. Damaged areas consist of potholes, spalled areas, depressions, and raveled or damaged pavement edges in roadway surfaces. Individual patch sizes vary, but generally will be 8’ – 12’ wide, 25’ – 200’ in length, and 1.5” – 3” depth. Estimated start work date is 24 June 2024 and all work shall be complete by 1 September 2024. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.



This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA Region 6 Road and Bridge Construction 1240BH23Q0001.
