This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought/RFI only. The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339115. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement.

Lombart CVS iMac Acuity System Eyecharts

1. Scope- Lombart CVS iMac Acuity System was developed with the idea that an acuity system should be easy to operate, while still including the standard acuity charts commonly used in refraction which will be utilized in Surgical Clinical Care Center, (Ophthalmology/Optometry). Increase access and improved patient care; units will provide more accurate vision measurement, does not require light bulbs as the current projectors do, digital units have multiple vision charts that you can inter-change and can test for color vision, contrast sensitivity, stereo vision, eye turns, are also controlled by a remote control.

The new CVS-PC now utilizes the quad-core Intel® Atom processor that delivers max performance but uses minimum power making it both space and energy efficient. Exclusive Software features a wide range of popular optotypes required in today s practice environment. Standard optotypes include: Snellen Letters, Tumbling E, Landolt Rings, Numbers, HOTV, Crowding Bars, Children s Charts, Red/Green Testing, ETDRS and Contrast Testing. 56 Button Remote provides direct access to all charts and allows you to rapidly navigate through an infinite number of chart combinations giving you unprecedented selection, efficiency and control.
