It is expected that an RFP will have already been released on the 8th of January and the intent of this event is to inform all bidding contractors on the scope of effort. Due to the sensitive nature of the effort, only naturalized citizens that are not considered foreign nationals will be granted this unique access. Representatives should be able to view the equipment and be able to utilize the information for a resultant bid on the effort. Due to the sensitive nature of this project we require a DD2345 certified by the Defense Logistics Information Service, Joint Certification Program (JCP) to view the attached pictures.
A DD2345 is a form used by U.S. Contractors or subcontractors who wish to obtain access to unclassified technical data disclosing militarily critical technology with military or space application that is under the control of, or in the possession of, the DoD. It is the only tool used by DoD by which North American contractors can apply and obtain access to unclassified DoD militarily critical (export controlled) technical data with a military or space application. The Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement (DD2345) is the institutional form used to register in the JCP.
