Description
Naval Submarine Base New London, Port Operations Department provides port services for home ported and transient submarines and surface ships. Boom Reels provide ready issue boom to contain water contaminates spills from further spreading and clean up located on Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. The purpose of this service is to provide repair and overhaul of two boom reels in accordance with existing federal, state and local regulations and guidelines.

The contractor shall be responsible to purchase required equipment and parts and install them. Contractor shall drain and flush all fluid in boom reel system and replace with new oil. Government-owned equipment will not be, utilized for this contract.
