Will temporary fencing be required as per specs?
No, Only on the perimeter of the retaining wall excavation.

Can the Contractors' superintendent also carry the duties of the SSHO as laid out in the specs?
Yes, as long as the superintendent has OSHA 30 certification and First aid credentials.

Will a Certified Safety Professional be required on sight?
No, as long as the superintendent has OSHA 30 certification and First aid credentials.

Please see section 03 30 53 for cast in place concrete add attached, and the attached drawing for the retaining wall. The length of the repair will only be the area that is currently affected, about 25 feet long, and as indicated in the field visit, the drainage that passes through the wall must be repaired. Must repair handrails on the top of the wall in its entirety, it must be plumb and painted, Take into consideration that they should asphalt the area after the repairs and repaint all the lines of the parking lines in that area. Please include the repair of the two bollards in the reception area, continuous with the wall, as well as the gutter at that entrance, which is about 12 feet.

As stated in the on-site discussion, please verify the absence of lead paint on the exterior exposed rafter tails.
It is presumed that the rafter tails contain lead paint, so it is necessary to proceed with abetment, see attached specifications.
