The Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency’s Chief of Contracting Office (CISA/COCO) intends to procure on a sole source basis with Temple University – of the Commonwealth System of higher Education for the acquisition of a Social Engineering Competition Sponsorship. The anticipated period of performance is twelve-months from the date of award plus four (4) twelve-month option periods.

The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
