Description

CATERPILLAR G4-TTT-CMM4 OR EQUAL full motion Heavy Equipment Simulator. Simulation training includes applications to teach the same techniques as found on real-world worksites. All equipment, hardware, and software to operate simulator. On-site setup, installation, initial familiarization training.




  • Full motion chair simulation

  • Authentic joystick and foot pedal controls

  • 3-4-monitor screens

  • Open Training Modules to create site specific processes or recreate dangerous scenarios for safety training.

  • Ability to record and report the results of simulations sessions and track user progress.

  • Software for Advanced Dozer operations to include training exercises covering applications such as:

    • Machine walk around

    • Controls familiarization

    • Steering

    • Load & carry

    • Blade steering

    • Straight & level dozing

    • Slot dozing

    • Flat bottom ditching

    • Ripping

    • Backfilling

    • Dozing over a highwall

    • Site clearance

    • Road construction







No other equipment or software required, but simulator must be capable of supporting additional heavy equipment training software applications.
