The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following:
This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for Sanitation Tank Cleaning Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
See attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) sheet for details.

- Base - POP Anticipated to begin on or about 08/01/2024 (duration of approximately 3 months).
- Option 1 - POP Anticipated to begin on or about 08/01/2024 (duration of approximately 3 months).
- Option 2 - POP Anticipated to begin on or about 08/01/2024 (duration of approximately 3 months).

METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed to David Agea. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
At a minimum, quotes shall contain the completed RFQ and Enclosure 3 U-NNPI forms (attached), and will include any and all technical data/spec sheets as applicable.
