This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement.

A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, 16 March 2023.
