Description: VA seeks to lease approximately 3,514 ABOA square feet of office and medical

space; and surface parking spaces, for use by the VA as an Outpatient Clinic in the delineated

area outlined within Detroit, Michigan, below. VA will consider leased space in existing

buildings, new construction, or a building being constructed for multi-tenant use and not

specifically a build-to-suit for VA only use.

Lease Term: Up to Five (5) Years.

Delineated Area: In order to receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within

the following area outlined below, which is bounded by the following roads, or must front on any

of the following boundary lines:

Northern Boundary: 12 Mile Road

Eastern Boundary: Woodward Avenue

Southern Boundary: 9 Mile Road

Western Boundary: Greenfield Road
