Description

The primary services that are to be performed are the maintenance and upkeep of the security posture throughout MICC Campus facilities. Services include the capability to support existing and future BASIS G and BASIS V/G Wi-Q Door Locks, access control, and installed or projected for installation throughout the MICC Campus operational footprint located on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), The Contractor shall provide certified security system technicians on site to accomplish on-going maintenance, upkeep, and support for the WIQ, access control systems, and to ensure all implemented physical security, force protection, and crime prevention measures are functional and operational with minimum downtime of 24 up to 48 hours (dependent upon the type of facility impacted).
