COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
NSN 1680-01-610-2343, PART NUMBER: 123AV80036-301, CNRP,CONTROL PANEL C
This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract for NSN 1680-01-610-2343, CNRP,CONTROL PANEL C to support the E2/C2 ALL SERIES. It is anticipated that NSN 1680-01-610-2343, CNRP,CONTROL PANEL C will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 6.302-01.
A letter solicitation will be issued to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, CAGE 70974. This solicitation will NOT be posted publicly. The proposed sole source contract will be issued to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, CAGE 70974.
Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competition procedures under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size is 1250 employees.
The purchase request quantity is for 06 each. Delivery: FOB origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 480 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). DPAS rating for this item is DOC9.
A Subcontracting plan is not required due to the expected dollar threshold. Other than certified cost or pricing data is required. Progress payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 18, 2024. The closing date is on or about 05/18/2024.
