This notice is an Intent to Sole Source synopsis published for informational purposes only.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC, Battle Management Directorate, Operational Command and Control (C2) Division (AFLCMC/HBBK) intends to issue a sole source contract under proposed solicitation number FA8730-23-Q-B010, the NAICS code is 541511, PSC code is 7F20. This award is for a single award procurement of the Pluraview 3D stereographic monitors as part of the Tactical Application Workstation (TAW) fully usable end item. The ULI TAW system supports the Air Force mission by providing shared information to intelligence analysts for preparing air crews for operations and combat missions at over 120 bases world-wide. The procurement of Schneider Digital Pluraview 3D passive monitors is critical to maintaining uninterrupted support of intelligence and operational capabilities with the TAW system. The supply of previously utilized 3D goggles and NVIDIA kits have reached end of service live and NGA has determined the Pluraview as the only authorized replacement. The Pluraview 3D monitors are produced exclusively by Schneider Digital of Munich, Germany. Award will be made to Kelyn Technologies of Parker, Colorado, (CAGE 4YM03), who is the sole authorized US reseller and repair facility for these 3D monitors. The ULI PMO has a requirement to procurement of up to 325 monitors to support national intelligence and targeting analysis performed by the ULI analysts.
