NOTICE OF CANCELLATION (Prior to RFP Publication)

Draft RFP No. 19AQMM23R0003, Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS)

Department of State (DOS) has determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to cancel the ILMS requirement and re-issue it at a later date (TBD). It is the Government’s intent to redefine the scope of work based largely on the feedback and suggestions received by industry and the Bureau’s Modernization Agenda. This will allow the Government to effectively define, acquire and implement modern and innovative IT/Digital services, which keeps pace with the rapidly changing technology and markets, into the scope of work.

DOS truly appreciates industry’s engagement and your contribution to the continued development of the scope of work. We will use the input to continue to refine our requirements.

DOS hopes we can count on your involvement as we work to develop a solicitation that reflects an agile, efficient, and innovative approach . Please contact Felicia Goudy, via email at GoudyFD@state.gov , with any questions and/or concerns that you have.
