The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, intends to award a firm fixed price, single-source contract to CUES INC. (DELAWARE) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the retrofit of the 773 CES Pipeline Inspection Trailer which requires the removal and replace antiquated CUES INC manufactured controllers, electronics, cameras, software, and provide required upgrade training to maintain certified technicians. The 773 CES utilizes this Pipeline Inspection Trailer to inspect and maintain underground sewer and storm lines on JBER required to maintain the 773 squadron's base wide preventative maintenance requirements capability.

The circumstances of this contract action deem one single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement. Interested organizations, who believe they can meet the requirement, may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to:
