APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This requirement is for the purchase of software and licensing renewal in support of the main Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) contract. Support includes an Analytic Collaboration Tool, WCOPFOR Intelligence Analysis and REDCOP Tool, and Analytic Collaboration Tool (SW/HW) Systems Management. Support for this SW is vital in that this sustains MCTP IT architecture used to support MCTP mission.
The evaluations of proposals and quotes for the separate MCTP efforts will occur separately. Contractors may submit proposals in response to the RFP without submitting quotes in response to the RFQ and vice versa.
An additional change to note is that the procurement of the training contract will now use NAICS 611699 (All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction) and PSC U013 (Education/Training – Combat // Federal Category 9.4: Human Capital — Specialized educational services.) The Software Licensing contract will use NAICS 513210 – Software Publishers and PSC DA10 (IT and Telecom—Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service).
