The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Memphis, Tenessee intends to issue solicitation 15B11124Q00000016 for the requirements of Repair High Mast Lights. This solicitation is restricted, FOB Destination, deliveries will be made according to the supplied schedule to the Federal Correctional Institution, 1101 John A Denie Road, Memphis, TN 38134. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.SAM.GOV. The deadline date for receipt of quotes is April 30, 2024, at 13:00 p.m. CST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
