The purpose of this amendment to the Building 1 and Clinical Addition Roof Replacement Project is to provide the record
of attendance from the pre-proposal site visit conducted on March 30, 2023. A second site visit to include the
opportunity to access all roof sections included in the project will be scheduled and communicated in the next
amendment. This amendment will also include a second period for submission of requests for information.

The bid due date is now extended to May 17, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. to allow for the site visit and additional RFI response
period.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
