APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The purpose of this contract is to secure professional technical resources to support federal efforts to provide technical assistance and guidance to state and tribal child welfare automation project and program staffs. Considering the ever-changing complexities of the Title IV-E program, CB has identified a need for various types of technical assistance to support state, tribal and local agencies’ efforts to design, develop, implement and operate child welfare information systems. This technical assistance will assist states, tribes and local agencies to implement efficient, economical, and effective information systems that support their unique business needs and program practice models.
