This is official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services (PBS), Acquisition Management Division, Services Acquisition Branch, 2300 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108 intends to solicit and award a contract for Janitorial and Related Services at the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis, Missouri, 63103.

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial and related services in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation at the following location: Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis Missouri 63103.

The solicitation number is 47PG0124R0003. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on www. SAM.gov on or about 04/08/2024. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor www.SAM.gov for this solicitation.

This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB).The NAICS code is 561720, and the size standard is $22 million. The PSC code is S201. The solicitation will include details on a site visit date and time.

Proposals will be due thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a one (1) year base year period and four (4) one (1) year options with an anticipated start date of on or about October 1, 2024.
