Provide janitorial services at the OTIS AFB (Air Force Base) in Falmouth, MA

This Request for Offer (RFO) is to provide all labor, supplies and materials for janitorial services at the OTIS AFB (Air Force Base) in Falmouth, MA. The Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-23-R-00204.

This acquisition is set-aside for a small Business.

The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561720 - Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million.

The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with four option years.

Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may beprovided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the RFO will be made by 10:00 am Eastern Time on Wednesday, 03/22/2023.
