Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to monitor, maintain, repair, replace, survey and manage the current Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
The Intrusion Detection Systems / Electronic Entry Control Systems (EECS) covered under this requirement include but are not limited to the Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment including the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System
(ICIDS IV) Architectural Platform architectural and associated maps and head end programming within the ICIDS V Starwatch Platform, various interior and exterior sensors, Audio Recording Systems, Security VLAN connections, Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV), and COBRA ANPR Plate Recognition Systems.
The overall objective is to ensure that all activated located at JBLM, Washington are properly monitored, maintained, repaired, administered at 100% operational
