The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 415 Replace Carpet 2nd Floord

2nd Floor
- Contractor shall move furniture to remove and replace the carpet.
- Contractor shall remove existing carpet and cove base.
- Contractor shall place new carpet tiles in identified rooms.
- Contractor shall install new 4” cove base.
- Contractor shall paint all walls in offices and hallways and stair wells.
- Contractor shall patch all walls prior to painting.
- User to remove all IT and art from the rooms prior to the start of construction.
