The United States Capitol Police (USCP) anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Range Cleaning Services.

**Please note the following:**

1. REVISED NOTICE: There will only be one pre-award site visit on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. EDT. Each company is limited to no more than two representatives. Please send the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of all attendees NLT, Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. EDT via email to the Contract Specialist (jennell.joyner@uscp.gov). The walk through will begin promptly at 11:15 a.m. EDT. No late attendees or individuals whose names is not submitted in advance will be allowed to attend after that time. The range is located at the G1-27 of the Rayburn Building. There is no on-site parking provided. The closest paid parking available to the public is located at the Fairchild Building located at 499 South Capitol Street SW, Washington DC 20003. On the date of the visit, please note that identification is needed to enter the building.

No questions will be answered during the walk through. Please submit all questions, in accordance with Attachment 4, by Monday, April 24, 2023 at noon EDT.
