Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, supervisor and coordination to replace two eight inch sewer mains in a phased approach to restore normal facility operations to the Whitten East Wing as Phase 1 and replace the eight inch sewer main servicing the West Wing and A-Section in Phase 2. Contractor will provide construction barrier, excavate ground, expose existing sewer main, replace existing sewer main, test and inspect newly installed sewer, back fill and grade to local and state plumbing code, restore/replace grounds to existing condition, including all sidewalks and landscaping.
