The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, and equipment for ground maintenance services that include landscape services of approximately 5 acres:
This would include twice yearly clean-up (spring and Fall) at the MTP Princeton, WV site.
Base Year with 4 Option Years
This solicitation is issued as an, Request for Quotation (RFQ).
