Description

The purpose of this Amendment 0006 is to provide VA responses to Technical Questions submitted by the deadline. Also to provide Specifications pages and Soils Report referenced in the responses to the Technical Questions and to change the time of the Bid Opening Conference call to 2:30 PM ET on April 19, 2024.

The date and time for receipt of offers IS NOT extended. Offers are still due April 19, 2024, 2:00 PM ET

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
