Under this Solicitation notice the United States Army Corps of Engineers- Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P624B0001 for bidding purposes, Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, "Port Washington North Breakwater Repairs, Port Washinton, WI
PROJECT INFORMATION:

The overall goal for the FY23 repair effort is to repair the existing breakwater to maintain safe passage for vessels entering and existing the port. The proposed work would consist of the placement of new armor stone and resetting existing armor stone as needed along the north breakwater, reaches E and E-1. Additional work includes the placement of armor stone on the harbor side of the north breakwater, reaches A, B and C as well as the placement of the armor stone on the harbor and lake side of reach D.
The work is located at Port Washington Harbor, Wisconsin with repairs to the detached breakwater.

ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for Small Business Concerns.
The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237990, with a small business size standard in dollars of $45.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
The solicitation (Invitation for Bids- IFB) will be downloadable from the internet only. The project specification files are PDF files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Responses to this Solicitation (Invitation for Bids) are due by 11:00a.m. (Central Time) on March 1, 2024.
IN THE CASE OF A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE DATES PUBLISHED IN THIS NOTICE AND THOSE CALLED OUT IN THE IFB DOCUMENT, THE DATES IN THE IFB DOCUMENTOVERRIDES THOSE PUBLISHED HERIN THIS NOTICE; THIS IS RELATIVE TO THE IFB ISSUANCE DATE AND THE DUE DATE FOR BIDS.
