The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Liquid Oxygen Gas for medical usage on an as needed basis for the medical facility. The anticipated period of performance will be awarded for twelve (12) consecutive months from the Date of Award.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 325120 – Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. IHS1487827 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 18, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 26, 2024. The acquisition is set-aside for Small Business.
