The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this sources sought notice for a Design-Build Replacement of the Sprinkler Systems in Building 102, 103 and 104 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The scope of this project consists of furnishing design drawings, design specifications, labor, equipment and material to repair by replacement the sprinkler systems in previous stated buildings. Preliminary investigation indicates the sprinkler system is not up to code or is completely absent from the building.
The Contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract within 14 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the Scope of Work in 365 Calendar days.

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept request for meetings or briefings. No phone solicitations or email with regards to the status of the Request for Proposal will be accepted prior to solicitation release.
