Description

**SOURCE SOUGHT ONLY**





DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary. Provide six-month Rental agreement for Vac-Con Combination Catch Basin- Sewer Cleaner.





PROJECT REQUIREMENTS



Rental of Vac-Con truck model # VXPD 4212 Sewer Cleaner mounted on a 66,000 lb. GVWR Freightliner Chassis or equivalent. The unit will be equipped with a 12 cubic yard debris hopper, 1300-gallon water tank, 80 GPM @ 2000 PSI water jetting pump, articulating hose reel, 600 feet of jetting hose, 2 cleaning nozzles, hydro excavation system, and a 10-foot telescoping boom.






  1. PROJECT TASKS




  1. Truck Delivery

  2. Provide setup instructions.

  3. Training on how to identify and operate controls.

  4. Contractor will provide monthly invoice to receive payment. (But not to exceed 6 months)

  5. Government will check levels and provide gasoline/diesel, motor oil, antifreeze as needed.

  6. Contractor will perform all maintenance on vehicle.

  7. Government will not perform any repairs on vehicle (emergency or not)

  8. Government will dispose of Hazardous waste properly through base water waste plant and all state and local laws pertaining to waste disposal will be followed.

  9. Any emergency repairs and services will be performed by contractors.

  10. Contractor will pick up truck after period of performance.







SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.



Upon arrival truck will be full of fuel and will be maintained to the same standard upon pick at the end of



the rental agreement.
