The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation for long lead time material (LLTM) of one (1) rotational deployment mechanism (RDM) refurbishment kit for one (1) Virginia-class submarine.

The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and the provision set forth in FAR 52.204-7 of this solicitation, all firm or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) by the offer submission date. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2202-06 and NMCARS 18-21.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment.

The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-23-R-0007. The solicitation will close on 7/05/2023 at 2:00pm HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contact listed in this posting.

• The Offeror must submit their quote in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation.

• All Offeror questions pertaining to the Request for Proposal N32253-23-R-0007 are due by 3:00pm HST, three (3) calendar days after release of the solicitation. The Government is not obligated to answer questions submitted after this common cut-off date.
