Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to acquire information on the number and capability of qualified Small Business firms interested in an upcoming requirement of bulk top soil purchase and delivery services at Minot Air Force Base (MAFB), ND. This Notice is for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation announcement. Accordingly, no contract award will result from this Notice, as it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses to this Notice will be used by the Government in developing an appropriate acquisition strategy.



Background



MAFB is researching commercial options for bulk top soil purchase and delivery for the upcoming mid-summer 2024 season. Please provide a description of your firm's capability to source and deliver up to 11K tons of screened top soil on short-notice (approximately 2 weeks). Additionally, please include any potential obstacles that could prevent completion of this requirement.
