The Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) in Herlong, California requires Design-Bid-Build construction services to repair sanitary sew er pipe defects, install new sanitary sew er cleanouts, and inspect sanitary dew er pipes and manholes. All repairs shall be made as specified by the SIADSanitary Sew er Evaluation Study (SSES) using like materials and equipment IAW Federal, State and local regulations.
