The 737 TRSS is requesting non-personal services to include all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure that floor cleaning is performed at the Basic Military Training Pfingston Reception Center (B6330), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor shall clean, install sealant, and polish the entire lobby Terrazzo floor and auditorium tile floor surfaces and cleaning of the Chief’s Room carpet, to meet the requirements is established in Attachment 1 - PRC Floor PWS (April 2023) and Attachment 2- PRC Floor Plan.
