2024 Air National Guard Wing Leadership Conference with Spouse Training

The Nevada Air National Guard Contracting Office, on behalf of the Air National Guard Readiness Center and NGB-ES-Conferences intends to sole source the subject requirement to the Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa's (Westin) and preferred provider for audio visual (AV) support, Premier AV, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes they are capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721120 and Product Service Code of X1AB. The period of performance of 20-26 April 2024. It is the Government’s intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time may be considered.

This special notice is effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 23 February 2024, Defense FAR Supplement Publication Notice effective 15 February 2024, and Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) 2024-0304 effective 4 March 2024. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.

Background: The Government requires a room block, conference space rental and AV services for the Annual Air National Guard Wing Leadership Conference with Spouse Training in order to facilitate the entire conference. These services are required to ensure all those participating receive the designated rooms, secured conference space and the AV support in all conference spaces.

Due to the size of the event, rooms, conference space, number of attendees, and in-house AV provider support services limited the availability of capable properties in the designated area.

All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:

1. Full Company Name and Address;


2. SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI);


3. CAGE Code;


4. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”#)


5. Business Size (“Large” or “Small”… must be stated in your reply);


6. The NAICS Code(s) your company uses to identify its business size;


7. Company POC, Email, Phone#, and;


8. Proof (no exceptions) – Capability Statement that shows your ability/ capability to meet the full requirement.
