General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Oklahoma

City: Muskogee



Delineated Area: NORTH: to Columbus Avenue

EAST: to Main Street

SOUTH: to Court Street

WEST: to 10th Street

Additional Requirements: AGENCY UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS

• Must be within 3–4 blocks from courthouse.

• The space will be occupied by a customer

facing agency.

• Must not be in a courthouse and must be

distanced from, and cannot be co- located on

the same floor as, the Office of the U.S.

Attorney, USMS, U.S., Probation Office,

Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons,

and any other law enforcement agency as

described in 18 U.S.C. 1114..

• Must provide the appearance of a dignified

and professional law office.

• Office space must be contiguous.

• Public parking must be available within six

blocks or less.

• Daytime cleaning is required to be

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual

chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-

year”/“500-Year”] floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications

prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense

Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
