The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is seeking preferably Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses capable of providing a Compact Track Loader as per the draft Statement of Work below

Responses must be received by no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Tuesday, March 12, 2024. STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Contract Title: Compact Track Loader

2. Scope: Engineering, Grounds and Maintenance Shop is requesting (1) Compact Track Loader IAW specifications/characteristics in section 5.

3. Specifications/Characteristics:

Minimum specifications:

• Right side single boom mast (lift arm)


• Commercial grade Tier 4F engine requiring no exhaust after treatments, 74 horsepower with dry type dual stage air cleaner, fuel water separator, and variable speed hydraulically driven fan.


• 1000 cold cranking amp battery


• 2,750 lb rated operating capacity


• Hydrostatic 2-speed transmission with smoothride system


• Fully enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning and left side entry


• 17 inch wide rubber tracks


• High flow hydraulics with 7-way joystick controls and creep speed


• Powerd quick hitch for changing attachments


• Reversing fan to keep debris away from radiator and filters


• Vinyl air suspension seat


• Forward tilting cab providing access to hydraulic components


• Rear door for access to the engine and maintenance check points


• 78 inch Bucket with bolt on cutting edge
