Presolicitation/Synopsis
for POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS (PCB) REMEDIATION PROGRAM (PCBRP)
Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM)

This is an official pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the government. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207 and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation for service or supplies.
The solicitation for this requirement will be posted under the same reference number as stated above, FA821424R7002. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov on or about 01-APR-2024. Related draft and supporting documentation were posted on SAM.gov under number FA821424R7002-Industryday and FA821424R-PCBRP. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor SAM.gov on a regular basis for the solicitation along with any amendments.
It is the Government's intent to solicit as a 100% small business set-aside.
This requirement is to provide remediation activities for hazards at Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Minuteman (MM) III (MMIII) Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and Launch Control Centers (LCCs). This effort is primarily focused on remediating and disposing of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs).
