The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) issues Invitation for Bid (IFB) W52P1J-22-B-3000 for road maintenance, repair, and new construction, to be done on an as needed basis at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications contained in this solicitation.

This IFB is issued as a 100% total small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This IFB is issued using the Two-Step Sealed Bidding Method in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 14.503. See “Instructions to Bidders” contained in the solicitation document for Technical Requirements and Evaluation Criteria.

A site visit will be scheduled within 14 days of the release of this IFB. All interested contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit. All information pertaining to the scheduling of, and attendance for the site visit is forthcoming and will be posted as anamendment to this IFB.
