This is a 100% Buy Indian and Small business set aside with a two-tiered evaluation process with regards to any submitted proposals as identified with FAR 52.212-2.

First tier, Native owned IEE or ISBEE’s proposals will be considered. If no IEE or ISBEE vendors submit proposals or the proposals submitted do not meet the requirements set forth herein, proposals identified within the second tier will be evaluated.

Second tier, all other small business submissions. All proposals must meet the requirements set forth in the RFQ.

Description: The primary purpose of this request will be for the purchase of 90 DELL OptiPlex (per Salient List), 10 DELL High End Desktop computers built to specifications in the Salient List, 10 DELL Precision 3581 Laptops (per Salient List), 80 DELL Monitors P2222H (22 inch), and 100 PIV Card Keyboards, Model KB813, to be delivered to the Cass Lake Hospital, MN. 5 Year Support and 5 Year Keep your hard drive to be included for the OptiPlex, High End Desktop Computers and the Laptops. No Operating System required.
