FCC Allenwood Grease Trap Pumping and Cleaning

FCC Allenwood is requesting quote on the following requirement under solicitation number 15B20123Q00000004:

-Item 1 - Pump and dispose of contents of one (1) 10,000 gallon and one (1) 2,500-gallon grease trap at FCC Allenwood from 12/1/2022 thru 9/30/2023. Required pumping will occur in December, February, May, and August. Trap locations LSCI (10,000 gal) and Unit 5 (2,500 gal)

-Item 2 - Pump and dispose of contents of two (2) 10,000-gallon grease traps at FCC Allenwood from 12/1/2022 thru 9/30/2023.Trap locations USP and FCI.Required pumping will occur December, April, and August.

-Item 3 - In addition the four traps will need to be power washed once annually. To be determined by FCC Allenwood Facilities.

The tanks will be visually inspected during each site visit any problems or damage will be reported to FCC Allenwood Facilities Staff.

This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. 2015-4255 Revision 21 dated 06/27/2022.

Also, please note to include in your quote any additives that might be needed to be in compliance with removal.

Quotes shall be submitted electronically to rvincenzes@bop.gov no later than Wednesday, November 30th at 12:00pm EST.

FCC Allenwood is scheduling a non mandatory site visit on Friday December 2nd 2022, for any interested parties to come to the complex and view the grease traps. Offers will still be accepted from vendors who choose not to attend. In order to be eligable to have access to the complex, each employee will be required to be cleared through a background check. The background check will be conducted by the institution and requires the affected employees to fill out a background form.The institution reserves the right to reject any clearance application or revoke an approved clearance. The necessary document has been uploaded in the attachment section of this solicitation. If you are interested in coming to the complex have this form filled out and returned to me at rvincenzes@bop.gov, no later than Wednesday November 30th, as it takes time to process the background check. This site visit will make the new closing date of this announcement Thursday December 8th at 12:00pm EST.
