All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, April 11th, 2024.





An organized site visit will be held on Monday, April 8th, 2024, 9:30 AM PST. See page 37 for full details.





In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
