The purpose of this notice is to publish the NGA BIG-R BAA General Solicitation.

Abstracts and Proposals are being requested as a part of the Topic Announcements. Please refer to the attached Topic Announcements for Abstract and Proposal due dates.

Topic 3, NGA Research Innovative Seedlings: The abstract due date for Topic 3 abstracts is changed from 31 July to 16 August 2021, 430pm-EDT. The Government anticipates publishing the final iteration of Topic 3 Questions/Answers no later than 06 August. When the final iteration of Q&A is published, the abstract due date for Topic 3 abstracts will be revised to 15 days following the publishing of the final iteration of Q&A, but will be no earlier than 16 August.

Topic 4, High Dimensional Nearest Neighbor (Rev3, 04 May 2021) is amended to further clarify award value & funding plans. See Attachments/Links.
