This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0924R70094367 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Portable Restroom Trailer. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 April 01, 2024. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562991. The anticipated delivery date will be 15 days from award. The Government intends to award a purchase order from this solicitation. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 01 May 2024 – 31 December 2024.
