Does the site open & close the boilers? Yes
Does site provide the gaskets needed for reassembly? Yes
Are there any DA or Condensate tanks which will need to have internal inspections? Those require inspections every 5 years but are currently on a separate contract.
If so, can the tanks be bypassed to be inspected during the week or will there need to be a shutdown on the weekends? N/A
Are there any NDT requirements due during this 5-year contract? If so, which year of contract? N/A
For the Subject-referenced solicitation, does the VA have any Manufacture Info/ Specs on the equipment to be inspected? And how old is the equipment?

This is a new requirement; inspections were previously included in contract combined with other services and are now being procured as a stand-alone contract for inspections only.
