LOCATION: NAVAL BASE POINT LOMA (NBPL)

Attachment 2 Temp Blast Package SOW



SCOPE: Rental of a Blast, Media, and Recovery system for simultaneous blast and vacuum capabilities.



REQUIREMENTS:




  1. Temporary Blast, media and recovery system


    1. Electrical Controls 110V AC

    2. Air Consumption

      1. Blast Pot: 325 cfm per #7 blast nozzle

      2. Vacuum: 275 cfm per Jet Vac Pump



    3. Dust Collector

      1. Filter Type – Cartridge closed one end

      2. 4 Filters

      3. Air to Cloth ratio: 1.5 to 1



    4. Blast Pot

      1. 3 Outlets

      2. Thompson II Valves

      3. 35 cu.ft.



    5. Storage Hopper

      1. 35 cu.ft.

      2. Vacuum Inlet: 4”



    6. Vacuum System

      1. Two Jet Vacs

      2. Vauum Performance – 1400 CFM @ 18” HG
