The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1 (New England) will be holding a virtual Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Informational Session on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 9:00 – 11:00 am local Boston time. This session is open to all who wish to attend.
In accordance with Executive Order (E.O.) 14063, Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construction Projects, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) now requires agencies to use PLAs in large-scale construction projects exceeding $35m. The session will provide an in-depth overview of the topic and will include a question and answer period following the presentation.
All interested parties should contact Tim Davis (timothy.davis@gsa.gov) and Jim Adamo (james.adamo@gsa.gov) to register. Please provide the names and email addresses of those wishing to attend so that we can add them to the Google Meets meeting invite.
