Solicitation No. 75H70723Q00124 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement for office furniture at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico.
This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive at least two or more offers that are reasonably priced offers from ISBEE's, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside.
